Upon receiving an order, The Sticker Factory will send an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment of the order and does not guarantee acceptance.

3.3 Order Acceptance

The Sticker Factory reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of Products, errors in the description or price of the Product, or errors in the Customer's order.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges, which will be added to the total amount due.

4.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. 

5. Customization

5.1 Custom Designs

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design specifications. The Sticker Factory is not responsible for errors in designs provided by the Customer.

6. Production and Shipping

6.1 Production Time

Production times vary based on the complexity of the order and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. The Sticker Factory will make every effort to meet the estimated production time.

6.2 Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. The Sticker Factory is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of the Products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by The Sticker Factory.

7.2 Defects and Errors

If there is a defect or error with the Product, the Customer must notify The Sticker Factory within 5 days of receipt. The Company will, at its discretion, replace the defective Product or issue a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Customer Designs

The Customer retains ownership of any designs provided for customization. The Customer grants The Sticker Factory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8.2 Company Designs

All designs created by The Sticker Factory are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Sticker Factory's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of Products is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
